How do I load a new roll? +
Open the back cover, place the roll onto the spindle with labels feeding from the bottom, thread through the gap, and close the cover. The printer auto-calibrates on the first print.
Will the print fade over time? +
Standard thermal labels stay legible for 1–2 years indoors. For long-term outdoor or freezer use, choose our PET fadeless labels.
Can I use these outdoors? +
These labels are waterproof and oil-proof, but direct sunlight will eventually fade thermal print. For outdoor use, our PET labels are recommended.
How fast is delivery? +

It does NOT work with direct thermal models such as the D11, D110, H1S, or D101. To ensure flawless print clarity and automatic app recognition, always use official NIIMBOT paper equipped with a built-in RFID chip. Using third-party papers may cause irreversible print head damage and will void your warranty.
