Can government agencies purchase via Vendors@Gov? +
Yes. We are an approved supplier on Vendors@Gov and GeBiz. Government agencies, statutory boards, and educational institutions can procure directly using their existing PO process.
How long does trade account approval take? +
Typically 1 business day. We verify your company via the public ACRA BizFile registry. Once approved, your company account is tagged and you will see business pricing automatically when logged in.
We're not Singapore-registered. Can we still apply? +
Overseas businesses can purchase but receive standard pricing only. Trade account pricing and NET payment terms require a Singapore UEN.
How do I get an invoice for reimbursement? +
Every order generates a proper Singapore invoice showing our company name and UEN, itemised and ready for corporate reimbursement. We are not GST-registered, so there is no GST line — and no 9% GST added to your total.
Is there a minimum order quantity? +
No MOQ for standard SKUs. For custom-printed labels, MOQ depends on the design — we will quote per request.
Can you accept Purchase Orders? +
Yes. Once your trade account is approved, you can send POs to logan@niimbot.com.sg with your standard terms.
