Quick answer: the NIIMBOT D11, D110, D101 and H1S all share the same family of direct thermal label rolls. The D11, D110 and H1S print labels up to 15 mm wide, while the D101 takes wider rolls up to 25 mm. Any roll in our store marked “for D11 D110 D101 H1S” fits all four printers — and because they are inkless direct thermal machines, the roll is the only thing you ever replace.
Common D-series label sizes and what they are used for
- 12×22 mm — the small all-rounder: spice jar lids, pencils, chargers, date dots.
- 12×40 mm — the default roll in the box: pantry jars, name labels, storage boxes.
- 14×25 to 14×40 mm — slightly taller print for containers, files and index tabs.
- 20–25 mm widths (D101 only) — box-file spines, binder edges and bigger pantry labels; see the D101 label collection.
- Continuous rolls (H1S only) — no pre-cut length; the printer cuts shelf strips and long runs to size. See H1S labels.
Label types you can load
Size picks the shape; the material picks the job:
- White labels — waterproof, oil-proof, the everyday workhorse for kitchens and filing.
- Transparent labels — clear stickers for glass canisters and acrylic organisers.
- Round labels — jar lids, date dots and colour-coding.
- Cable tags — wrap-around flags for chargers and wires, readable from both sides.
- Cartoon labels — designs kids pick themselves for school books and bottles.
- Bookmark labels — fold-over tabs for dividers and journals.
- Pure colour labels — one colour per child or per filing year.
How to tell if a roll fits
Check the product name: every refill in our store lists its compatible printers — anything named “for D11 D110 D101 H1S” loads into any D-series machine. Genuine NIIMBOT rolls are recognised automatically by the printer, and the app sets the label size for you; there is no manual calibration.
Buying for a big project?
For a whole-kitchen decant, a filing weekend or the Primary 1 school list, the multi-roll packs — Study Buddy and Tag Master 6- and 9-roll sets — cost less per label than buying single rolls. One box typically covers two children’s full school lists with spares.
What about the B-series or N1?
Rolls are not interchangeable across series. The B1 and B21-series printers take wider 20–50 mm rolls from the B-series collection, the B31 and B4 go up to 75 mm, and the N1 uses its own 8-year fadeless PET thermal transfer rolls. If you own several printers, shop by collection — each one only shows rolls that fit.
