Handing Time
All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery time
- Standard Shipping: 1-3 days
- Express Shipping: 0-1 days
As part of our commitment to our customers, we understand that packages sometimes get lost in transit. If you don’t receive your order within 15 business days, you can choose a full refund or a replacement at our expense.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at logan@niimbot.com.sg with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. During rush days, please allow an extra 5 business days beyond the usual.
