Singapore local orders
Handing Time
We process all orders within 0 to 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery time
- Standard Shipping: 1-3 days
- Express Shipping: 0-1 days
As part of our commitment to our customers, we understand that packages sometimes get lost in transit. If you don’t receive your order within 15 business days, you can choose a full refund or a replacement at our expense.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at logan@niimbot.com.sg with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. During rush days, please allow an extra 5 business days beyond the usual.
International orders
Checkout on this website delivers to Singapore addresses only. We can also ship to many other countries. We arrange overseas orders directly with you on WhatsApp.
How to order
- Message us on WhatsApp at . Tell us the products and quantities you want, your country and your postcode. You can also use the "Get a shipping quote" button in your cart, which automatically sends us your cart contents.
- Receive a quote. We reply with the shipping cost, shipping service, and estimated delivery time, usually within 1 working day.
- Pay securely online. Once you accept the quote, we send you a secure Shopify payment link for the products and shipping. Prices are charged in Singapore dollars (SGD). Your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees.
- We ship with tracking. We dispatch orders within 2 working days of payment confirmation and send you the tracking number via WhatsApp and email.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping service. The estimate in your quote is not guaranteed. Customs clearance, public holidays and carrier delays can extend it.
Customs, duties and taxes
Unless your quote says otherwise, import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST) and brokerage fees in your country are not included and are paid by the recipient. Your local customs authority sets these charges, not us. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.
If a parcel is refused or not collected, we can refund the product price only after it is returned to us. We deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping or charges.
Label printers and batteries
NIIMBOT label printers contain a lithium battery. Some shipping services and destinations restrict parcels with batteries, so the available options and costs for printers may differ from those for labels. We will tell you what is possible for your country when we quote.
Custom-size labels
Labels made to your size, material or design are produced to order. Minimum order is 10 rolls, and production takes as little as one week (delivery time not included). Custom-made labels cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or differ from the specification you approved.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. The customer pays re-delivery or re-shipping costs.
Returns and warranty for overseas orders
Our standard return conditions apply to international orders. The customer pays the cost of shipping items back to Singapore unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. We handle warranty claims under our Warranty Policy. Products that need inspection or repair must be sent to our Singapore office, and the customer pays the shipping cost.
