Warranty Policy
Always purchase printers and labels from our official local store to ensure coverage under the local warranty.
1. Source Restrictions
(a) We are only responsible for products purchased from this store, or from Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop official local stores listed by NIIMBOT Singapore. We are not responsible for any other stores, including any other official stores not specifically listed by NIIMBOT Singapore.
(b) If the product was purchased from another seller or from another country, please contact the original seller directly.
(c) A valid proof of purchase from an eligible NIIMBOT Singapore sales channel is required for every warranty claim.
2. Inspection and Repair
If your machine develops a problem, it must be brought or sent to our address for inspection and repair:

Inspection is required before any repair, replacement or warranty decision is made.
3. Shipping Charges
If the customer chooses to send the product by post, the customer is responsible for both the outgoing and return shipping costs.
We recommend using secure packaging and a trackable shipping method. NIIMBOT Singapore is not responsible for loss or damage in transit before the item reaches us.
4. Machine Warranty
Machines are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover physical damage, accidental damage, misuse, water or liquid damage, unauthorised modification, unauthorised repair, abuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic defects that do not affect function, or issues caused by improper storage or handling.
Warranty service will be provided by inspection first, and repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy will be decided at our discretion after inspection.
5. Printhead and Label Consumables
Please note that the printhead is a consumable part. As usage increases, print quality may gradually become lighter or less sharp. This is not covered under warranty.
Within the warranty period, the printhead is only covered if:
(a) it is completely unable to print; or
(b) all printed output appears entirely black.
Label paper has a shelf life warranty of 1 year only while unopened. Once the packaging has been opened, the labels are no longer covered under warranty.
6. Additional Warranty Terms
To process a warranty request, we may ask for your order number, proof of purchase, product photos, videos of the issue, and the product serial number if applicable.
Products returned for inspection must be reasonably clean and complete enough for testing. Missing accessories, consumables or optional add-ons are not automatically included in any replacement.
We do not guarantee immediate replacement before inspection. Repair time may vary depending on fault diagnosis, part availability and collection method.
This warranty policy is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable Singapore consumer law.
