What is the minimum order? +
10 rolls per design. You can mix quantities across sizes in one enquiry — tell us in the notes.
How many labels are on a roll? +
Every roll has a fixed total length, so the number of labels per roll depends on the label size — the longer each label, the fewer fit on a roll. Tell us the size you need and we'll confirm the exact count per roll in your quote.
How long does it take? +
Production takes as little as one week once you approve the spec. Delivery time is extra and depends on where we ship to.
Direct thermal or thermal transfer — which do I need? +
Direct thermal labels print with heat alone, with no ink or ribbon — this is what most NIIMBOT printers use. Thermal transfer labels are printed through a ribbon, giving a print that lasts longer and resists heat and rubbing. If you're not sure, choose "Not sure" and tell us your printer model.
Which material should I choose for outdoor, freezer or oily use? +
Tick where the labels will be used and we'll recommend a material and adhesive. Synthetic (PP / PET) labels are generally the better choice when labels will get wet, cold, oily or handled a lot.
Can you match a label I already use? +
Yes. Send us a photo of the label next to a ruler, or its measurements, and we'll match the size and material as closely as possible.
Can you ship custom labels outside Singapore? +
Yes. Put your country in the form and we'll include shipping in the quote.
