Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with NIIMBOT Singapore. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Our return policy lasts 7 days. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


1. Standard Returns (Non-Defective / Change of Mind)

To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind or accidental order, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and bundled gifts must be complete and undamaged.
  • You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Fee for Standard Returns: For non-defective returns (change of mind, wrong size/model selected by the buyer), the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for their own courier services to return the item to our warehouse.


2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at logan@niimbot.com.sg within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To process a defective return or exchange, please provide:

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase.
  • The serial number of the printer (if applicable).
  • Photos or videos clearly demonstrating the manufacturing defect or damage.

Return Shipping Fee for Defective Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), NIIMBOT Singapore will bear the return shipping costs or arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.


3. Circumstances Where Returns/Refunds Are Not Provided

We cannot approve a return or refund in the following cases:

  • The return request exceeds the 7-day limit from the date of delivery.
  • The product is not in its original packaging or missing original accessories.
  • Any fault, damage, scratch, or crack caused by unauthorized use, modification, entry of foreign liquids (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation/operation by the user (human damage).
  • The product’s serial number or label shows signs of tampering, modification, or removal.
  • Damage caused by uncontrollable external factors (floods, fires, lightning strikes, etc.).
  • Sale items, promotional bundles, or gift cards (except where required by local consumer law).

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us first at logan@niimbot.com.sg. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have following our standard return procedure, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


6. Refunds Processing Time

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund has been approved or rejected based on the product condition.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
